Health Care Assistant
An unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small friendly team at Talbot House- is a family run independent care home supporting 25 residents. We are looking for a health care assistant to join our successful team and help implement change and drive forward new ideas at this exciting new time.
Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
* Support residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Assist with meals and hydration
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Work closely with nurses and senior staff to deliver safe, effective care
* Maintain accurate care records
* Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times

We're looking for individuals who:

* Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Work well as part of a team
* Have good communication skills
* Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
