Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
Working across our National Family team, you’ll support fee-earners with administrative and non-billable tasks while delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing/overseeing the Court Portal on behalf of our national team
2. Leading and assisting with new family client enquiries including taking regular new enquiry calls, triaging enquiries and co-ordinating the new enquiries process for the national team
3. Opening and closing files, and managing all matter maintenance
4. Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel, preparing agendas, and minute-taking
5. Assisting with the preparation of court documents (including those related to the divorce process) as well as forms and bundles
6. Liaising with third parties such as counsels’ clerks, courts, and clients on behalf of fee-earners
7. Attending internal meetings to represent the support team, take notes, and assist with business development activities
About You
8. Proven experience speaking to clients and delivering exceptional service
9. A quick learner who embraces digital and flexible ways of working
10. Experienced in administration (experience in family law is essential)
11. Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
12. A proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude
13. Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy
