We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our Accounts team and provide support to our Financial Reporting Manager and Finance Director.
As Finance Manager you will have ownership of the Treasury and Accounts Payable functions whilst managing the current team members. In addition, you will be accountable for cash flow management and reporting, with a level of involvement in month end and forecasting requirements.

In return for this, we are looking for someone who has:
11. An ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, qualified by experience or currently studying.
12. An in-depth understanding of cash flow management and reporting, demonstrating strong commercial and analytical skills.
13. Management and leadership experience within a transactional Accounts team.
14. The ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a hands-on attitude.
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
What would I be doing as a Finance Manager at 4Com?
16. Managing the Accounts Payable and Treasury functions including holiday, absence, and performance management, ensuring the team are meeting set objectives and targets.
17. Conducting appraisals and any relevant reviews on a timely basis to identify and implement any training requirements to encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.
18. Cashflow management and reporting including daily cashflow forecast and providing business insights to the board.
19. Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
20. Continuously identifying risks and proposing solutions where necessary to aid in efficiency and process improvements within the team and end to end transactional processes.
21. Delivering ad hoc value-add projects as set by the senior management.
