Bramwith Consulting
Construction Procurement Specialist
Location: Surrey (Hybrid Working: 1-2 days a week in office)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Generous Package
My client is revolutionising the Energy Services market. Sustainable procurement has become their ethos, and they are investing more than £500m annually into the transformation of their existing energy pipeline. To help achieve this feat, they are seeking multiple Construction Procurement Specialists to support some of the largest procurement projects in the UK.
As a Construction Procurement Specialist, you will work within their established Infrastructure team, contributing to the delivery of their energy projects. From managing Oil & Gas pipelines to the construction of new wind farms, you will gain extensive exposure to a range of high-value procurement projects. Your role will be to:
1. Develop innovative category procurement strategies, helping to streamline their existing procurement processes and deliver key cost savings.
2. Use your market insight to identify opportunities for growth, presenting your findings to pivotal stakeholders, and collaborating to develop consequential procurement strategies.
3. Deliver on a number of traditional procurement activities - including, but not limited to strategic sourcing, negotiating, and supplier relationship management.
The successful candidates MUST HAVE NEC 3, NEC 4 OR FIDIC CONTRACT EXPERIENCE, alongside strong exposure working on large scale construction/engineering/infrastructure procurement projects.
This is a hybrid role, where you will work 1-2 days a week (or as many more as you prefer) from their office in Surrey, and the rest from home.
