Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Telford for a Sales Support Executive. The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing customized sales proposals, maintaining accurate client records, tracking sales performance metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and enhance client satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations within the sales function.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Communication, Relationship Management, and Service Delivery.
* Experience with Sales Administration, CRM Tools, and Data Management.
* Proficiency in preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and handling documentation efficiently.
* Good Organizational and Time Management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a high level of accuracy and detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience in the technology or cloud solutions industry is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
