Registered Nursing Home Manager – Elderly Care
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £62,000 – £68,000
Hours: Full Time
An opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Registered Manager to lead a large elderly nursing home in Cardiff. The home offers residential, nursing, and dementia care with a team of compassionate professionals and strong regional support.
You’ll oversee all operational, clinical, and strategic aspects of the service, ensuring top-tier care delivery and a safe, happy environment for residents and staff.
The Role Involves:
Leadership of a multi-unit elderly care home
Driving quality standards, compliance, and resident satisfaction
Line management of nursing and care staff
Financial performance, staffing, and occupancy
Liaising with families, health professionals, and the regulatorWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing a large care or nursing home
Excellent knowledge of elderly care needs and clinical pathways
Strong audit, governance, and risk management experience
Level 5 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
