About The Role
We’re looking for a new trustee to join our Board and help shape the strategic direction of ICP Foundation. You’ll work closely with the founder and two existing trustees to ensure we meet our mission, stay compliant, and scale with integrity.
Responsibilities
* Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual or in-person)
* Provide strategic oversight and governance
* Offer advice on risk, funding, or legal matters
* Serve as an ambassador for the ICP mission
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about youth, creativity, and equity
* Background in law, finance, governance, or nonprofit strategy. If not, someone open to learn
* Prior trustee experience is a plus but not required
Commitment
* 1–2 hours per week (flexible)
* Voluntary, unpaid (expenses covered where relevant)
