Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer service queries and business enquiries.
* Process customer orders using SAP.
* Handle customer complaints and disputes.
* Provide knowledgeable support on our products and services.
* Collaborate with the finance team to resolve pricing and invoicing queries.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and housekeeping.
What We Need:
* Minimum 2 years in customer service/order processing.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally SAP, and excellent Excel skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
