This position is in-office for 3 days a week at our Soho office.
Day In The Life
* Own the relationship and success of a segment of Wunderkind's enterprise customers, including onboarding, strategy development, campaign execution, optimisation, and retention.
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to understand their business strategies and success metrics.
* Innovate with new campaign ideas tailored to each client's needs.
* Act as a customer advocate internally, collaborating with product management, sales, engineering, and design teams.
* Ensure customers derive maximum value from Wunderkind’s services.
You Will Stand Out With
* 2+ years in client services, account management, or digital marketing.
* Success in fast-paced environments; resilient and obstacle-driven.
* Excellent communication and emotional intelligence; adept at relationship-building and handling high-touch client interactions.
* Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple clients.
* Strong technical aptitude or quick learner of technical concepts.
* Proactive, energetic, results-driven team player.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with humility.
