Changer Manager - PermMy Engineering/Energy London based client is seeking a talented and experienced Change Manager to join their team. The Change Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing organizational change initiatives to ensure successful transitions and the achievement of desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving successful change within complex organizations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.Lead change management initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.Identify potential risks and barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to communicate change objectives, gather feedback, and foster buy-in and support.Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and leaders on change management best practices and techniques.Develop and deliver training programs and materials to build change management capabilities within the organization.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as needed.Act as a liaison between project teams, business units, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in change management and incorporate new insights into organizational change efforts.Qualifications:Proven experience in change management roles, preferably within the Engineering or Energy Sector.Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Experience with project management principles and practices.Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
