We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Consultant Transformation to join our HR & OD team and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, people-focused organisation. This role provides professional HR expertise to managers, offering pragmatic, risk-based advice to support effective people management and continuous improvement across the business.
As an HR Consultant, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and well-being issues. You will coach and develop managers to build capability, lead TUPE activity, support policy development, and help drive a culture of accountability and strong performance.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
