 
        
        Overview
Plans, designs, implements, and supports network systems, including configurations, supporting/troubleshooting network problems and coordinating across the infrastructure and corporate landscape.
Responsibilities
 * Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the network environment using appropriate network management tools, scripting, or equivalent.
 * Demonstrate advanced understanding of networking fundamentals—architectures, models, protocols, IP addressing, basic router/switch configurations, network security; apply knowledge in practice.
 * Conduct triage and resolution of network issues and outages.
 * Act as an active member of project teams following senior leadership design and project plans.
 * Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders for network-related activities.
 * Learn and adopt new technologies such as SD-WAN, virtualization, and automation tools.
 * Continuously monitor and analyze network traffic usage.
 * Possess advanced knowledge in at least one area of the end-to-end network landscape (e.g., route/switch, wireless, cloud, LAN/WAN, cellular, perimeter, security, etc.).
 * Coordinate cross-functional team efforts for database, applications, and infrastructure activities.
 * Demonstrate intimate knowledge of the ITIL process, ticket resolution, and stakeholder response.
 * Design, implement, and operate complex solutions.
 * Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
 * Four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
 * Monitoring, troubleshooting, customer service, problem solving, cross-team collaboration, risk analysis, analytical, operating systems, hardware.
 * Written and verbal communication skills, problem solving, time management, teamwork.
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
