Deliver projects across industrial, residential, retail, commercial, and healthcare sectors, meeting Building Regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to develop well-coordinated design solutions. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, upholding the company’s reputation for quality and reliability. Undertake structural inspections and assessments of new and existing properties, applying expertise in concrete, steel, timber, and masonry. Carry out structural analysis and design using industry-standard software (e.g., Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds), producing accurate drawings, reports, and technical outputs. Prepare clear, professional documentation including structural survey reports and design deliverables. Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering growth and contributing to team development. What you’ll need to succeed: Proven ability to manage projects independently, from concept through to delivery. Strong technical knowledge of both new-build and refurbishment structures. Experience working with a variety of materials: steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. A supportive approach to mentoring junior engineers and technicians. Proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for high-quality structural design. Excellent communication skills, with confidence working alongside clients, architects, and contractors. Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Tekla, Tedds, ETABS, or similar). Chartered (IStructE or ICE), or close to achieving chartership with clear progress. Degree-qualified (MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering, or equivalent)
