The Role
We are seeking an Events Manager to take ownership of our events programme and bring the Ferovinum brand to life. This role combines strategy and delivery: design an events calendar that supports our growth goals, then execute it — from industry trade shows to intimate client dinners and internal team events. A unique aspect of this role is managing and activating our office bar and event space, used as a showcase venue for clients and partners. You’ll host tastings, networking evenings, and other brand-led experiences to build stronger relationships with our community. You will also take on office management responsibilities to keep our London office running smoothly as a hub for the team and visitors.

What you’ll do
* Own Ferovinum’s events strategy, building an annual calendar of external and internal events.
* Lead on planning, logistics, and delivery of events — from booking venues and managing suppliers to designing guest experiences.
* Manage and programme our Ferovinum bar and event space, ensuring it is used effectively for client hospitality, tastings, and community-building. This role requires presence at events and is not a typical 9-5 opportunity.
* Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure events drive brand awareness, client engagement, and new business.
* Manage budgets and report on ROI.
* Oversee event communications, working with marketing to create invitations, collateral, and follow-up content.
* Ensure our presence at industry events (speaking slots, sponsorships, networking) is impactful and aligned to business priorities.
Office Management (light-touch)
* Act as point of contact for day-to-day office needs (supplies, access, workspace setup).
* Coordinate with external suppliers (cleaning, IT support, utilities).
* Help make the office a welcoming and productive space, including organising small team socials and all-hands, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
About You
* Experience in events management, ideally within a B2B or start-up/scale-up environment.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects at once with tight deadlines.
* Creative eye for designing memorable experiences.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Budget management experience.
* Happy to roll up your sleeves and handle both strategic planning and practical delivery.
* Organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
