We support some truly amazing people to live positive, independent lives in their own home and help get them where they want to be in life.
Our friendly team supports two incredible individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs in their home, just a short walk from Ammanford town centre. Staff also support an individual with learning disabilities, who lives in the complex flat attached to the house.
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping individuals develop life skills, enjoy their hobbies, and stay connected to their community. Supporting independence in cooking, budgeting, and household tasks
Encouraging and supporting hobbies like hiking, fitness classes, and social outings
Helping individuals access community activities and local groups
Providing companionship and emotional support
Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the lives of the people we support
Experience in supporting individuals with Epilepsy, physical or mental health needs is beneficial but not essential, we provide full training and ongoing support from our experienced team and management.
An hourly rate of £12.Sleep in rate - £62.26 days (pro rata) holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays
