Facilities Assistant – London Office
We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious international law firm seeking a proactive and reliable Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of their London office. This is a hands-on role that blends operational support, client service, and project coordination — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional.
Duties:
* Respond to helpdesk enquiries and coordinate resolutions across departments
* Set up meeting rooms and event spaces with furniture and equipment
* Liaise with contractors and service providers (M&E, cleaning, access control, etc.)
* Maintain systems including BMS, CCTV, access portals, and internal spreadsheets
* Order supplies, manage invoices, and process expenses
* Support onboarding/offboarding, internal moves, and office tours
* Conduct daily floor walks and facilities checks
* Collaborate on firm-wide initiatives and update internal resources
The perfect Facilities Assistant will have:
* Experience in a professional services environment (preferred)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and internal systems
* A flexible, enthusiastic team player with a service-first mindset
