About the Role
Our stores are the main touch points with our ever‑evolving consumer base. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in achieving these standards, leading by example and inspiring the team.
Responsibilities
* Leading the store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring visual distinction and maintenance.
* Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration.
* Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
* Work alongside the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication.
* Partner with store management to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards.
* Focus staff on quality relationships with customers, ensuring accountability for building a repeat customer base.
* Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory.
* Communicate to the Store Manager what drives sales and discuss priorities, developing strategies to maximize business, with weekly visual presentation action plans.
* Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results.
* Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes.
* Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions.
* Participate in weekly management meetings with staff.
* Clearly communicate sales goals and performance expectations to staff.
* Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.
About You
* You connect to consumers and have a previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
* You have previous people‑management experience and act with purpose to resolve conflict.
