Machine Operative - Permanent Role
South Woodham Ferrers, Essex
£28,500 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (overtime available during the week and occasional Saturdays)
Responsibilities
* Operating winding machines safely and efficiently
* Monitoring and quality checking products during production
* Loading and unloading the machines
* Once trained, setting machines to specific tolerances
* Running multiple machines at the same time
* Assisting in other areas of production and the warehouse when needed
What we're looking for
* Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility as the role develops
* A team player who\u2019s happy to support different departments when required
