<div><p>As a Night Care Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our residents during overnight hours. Youll provide personal care, respond to needs promptly, and maintain a calm and secure environment while residents rest, and provide high-quality personal care including assistance with toileting, repositioning, and hygiene needs. Monitor residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Respond promptly and sensitively to call bells and any changes in residents conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and handover notes. Support residents with nighttime routines and ensure a peaceful environment. Assist with medication administration (where appropriate and trained). Carry out regular checks and ensure infection control and health & safety standards are upheld. Work collaboratively with the night team to ensure continuity of care.
