Job Title: Highways Site Supervisor Location: Manchester / North West (National Highways Framework Projects) Rate: £300.00 - £350.00 per shift About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Highways Site Supervisor to join our growing team delivering works across the National Highways framework in the North West. This is a key role responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site activities across multiple highways schemes Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Manage subcontractors, operatives, and resources efficiently Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior management Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the wider delivery team Ensure all works comply with National Highways specifications and requirements Requirements Proven experience in a Highways Site Supervisor or similar role Strong working knowledge of National Highways standards and procedures SSSTS or SMSTS qualification CSCS card (Supervisor/Manager level) NRSWA Supervisor accreditation (desirable) Full UK driving licence Excellent communication and leadership skills If you are interested in the above role, please contact Joe Lunt 0161 829 3980.
