WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To become a Lecturer in our Automotive department, we need someone who is enthusiastic, organised and has a passion for teaching.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

Although this position is based at our Bromsgrove and Worcester campuses, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
To find a more detailed list of your day-to-day responsibilities, please refer to the key roles and accountabilities section on our Job Description. You will support in many aspects, to name a few:
1. Develop schemes of work and lesson plans.
2. Set clear objectives and prepare suitable resources, assessing against criteria and supporting student progress.
3. Deliver engaging lessons with effective classroom management.
4. Participate in observations, reviews (e.g. SAR), and team meetings.
5. Track student progress with accurate, up-to-date records.
6. Mark work promptly and give feedback.
7. Maintain registers, enrolments, and records.
8. Act as a tutor and refer students to support services when needed.
9. Ensure safe working practices and complete risk assessments.
10. Follow college policies and undertake additional duties as required.
