CAFE BAR ASSISTANT - CHOCOLATE BAR SHEFFIELD
Chocolate Bar is a new café bar concept from the team behind Bullion Chocolate. We specialise in craft chocolate and offer a range of craft coffee, beer, wines, and spirits to pair with it.
We're based within Leah's Yard and we're looking to recruit a number of part-time cafe bar assistants to join our growing team.
The key purpose of the role is to deliver friendly, efficient service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our guests.
You will be involved in:
* Greeting and serving customers, by taking their orders at the counter and answering any questions they may have, ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained.
* Craft high quality hot drinks and cold drinks, including coffee's and cocktails. Barista experience including latte art is desirable.
* Have a clear understanding of all our products
* Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including challenge 25.
* Ensure that all spaces are left clean and tidy, filling out and completing cleaning tasks - e.g. moping floors, cleaning fridges, wiping surfaces ensuring good hygiene.
* Be a team player, working part of our tight knit team
* Be involved in stock rotation and restocking counter and shelves.
* Clear tables and café floor area as required, cleaning tables and pot wash.
* Report to Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
