* Pre-TenancyandOnboardingSupportCaseManager
* Providecomprehensivepre-tenancysupporttoprospectivetenants,includingofferinginformationandadviceduringpropertyviewings,carryoutthesign-upprocess,andensuringnewtenantsarefullyintroducedtotheirhomeandtenancy.Thisincludessupportingtenantsthroughaninitialsix-weekperiodandensuringtheyareawareofallavailableservices.
* SustainingTenanciesandOngoingSupportCaseManager
* Conductregularhomevisitsandmaintainongoingcontactwithtenantstoencourageself-helpwithmanagingtheirtenancy.Addressallhousing-relatedenquiries,frombasictenancyadvicetomanagingcomplexcases,andaccuratelyrecordallinteractionsontheOpenHousingSystem.
* Multi-AgencyCollaborationandDecision-MakingCaseManager
* Attendandcontributetomulti-agencypanelsandforums,,councilservices,andexternalstakeholderstosustaintenancies.
* LegalandTenancyManagement
* Leadontakingeffectivelegalactionincasesoftenancybreaches,whichmayinvolvepursuinginjunctiveorpossessionproceedings.Conductannualtenancychecks,inspecthomestoensurecompliancewithtenancyagreements,andsupporttenantswhenendingatenancy,includingpropertyinspections.
