Electrical Projects Engineer role at The Garten Group. Delivering electrical building services projects from Keighley, Bradford/Leeds, for a national mechanical & electrical contractor with a reputation for quality and attention to detail. The initial project is a major Healthcare M&E retrofit job which will be strategic for your career.

Responsibilities
* Participate in pre-commencement activities to maximise opportunities, efficiency and profitability
* Review the project scope of works to ensure precise provision of the customers requirements
* Lead the identification of project risks and opportunities, and take responsibility to mitigate or enhance those in your control
* Ensure engineering solutions are procured and delivered to financial and commercial objectives
* Provide accurate and timely information on site progress to the Project Manager and Commercial Lead
* Manage any sub-contract resource if applicable
* Provide leadership to project team members within your area of control, maximising performance and ensuring objectives are met
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships
* Ensure project is closed out in accordance with customer requirements, maximising project profitability
Qualifications – You will be successful
* Experience working within the building services sector as an Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, Electrical Site Manager, MEP Manager or E&M Manager
* Industry recognised trade or professional electrical qualification
* Specific experience on high value mechanical building service projects (£10m+)
