The Medical People is proud to be partnering with a leading independent kidney care provider to recruit an experienced Clinic Manager for a busy dialysis clinic in Bilston.
Our client delivers life-saving renal care to over 2,000 patients across England and Wales and works in close partnership with the National Health Service. As part of a respected international network, they are dedicated to transforming kidney care and improving patients’ quality of life through innovation, compassion, and clinical excellence.

🌟 The Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will:
•Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of nurses and support staff
•Oversee all clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of the clinic
•Ensure an exceptional, patient-centred dialysis experience
•Liaise with NHS Trusts and regulatory bodies including the Care Quality Commission
•Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with governance frameworks (including KLoE)
•Support onboarding, training, and professional development
•Build strong patient relationships and effectively manage feedback and concerns

👩‍⚕️ About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
•Full NMC registration
•Experience in clinical leadership within an outpatient haemodialysis setting
•Registration as a Manager with CQC (or willingness to obtain)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•A hands-on, values-driven leadership style
•A proactive and solution-focused approach
•Excellent organisational and operational management skills
•Evidence of continued professional development (renal care experience highly desirable)
