About The Job:

Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Production Lead will oversee all content production at Omaze, ensuring high-quality creative output across TV, digital, social, PR, and branded content. This senior role manages external production partners, leads internal production operations, and drives efficiency and excellence throughout the production process.

The Production Lead will develop and refine Omaze’s production model, deciding which projects are best suited for agency partners versus in-house production. Over time, this may include establishing an in-house studio for original content, enhancing storytelling, and deepening engagement with our brand and mission.

This role is ideal for a strategic, operational production leader with hands-on experience, creative thinking, and a passion for building scalable content systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Lead all aspects of production for Omaze’s marketing content, including TV commercials, ambassador campaigns, charity and winner films, digital assets, and PR support.
* Manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality content.
* Oversee relationships with external production partners and vendors, ensuring creative excellence and cost-effectiveness.
* Direct internal production teams, including the Senior Production Manager, maintaining clear accountability.
* Act as the senior escalation point for production challenges, ensuring quick resolution and cross-team alignment.
* Define long-term production strategies, balancing outsourced and in-house work, and scaling workflows.
* Evaluate and improve processes, introducing new systems or tools to increase efficiency.
* Foster a high-performance culture within production, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality at scale.
* Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Social, and Growth teams to align production with marketing goals.
* Develop a strategic framework for a future in-house studio focused on original content for owned platforms like YouTube.
* Work with cross-functional teams to create content that extends beyond campaigns, such as behind-the-scenes, presenter-led formats, charity features, or winner updates.
* Plan resources, pilot workflows, and test scalable content formats to build long-term brand engagement.
* Identify opportunities where in-house capabilities can enhance storytelling, agility, and visibility.

About You:

* 10+ years in senior production roles within creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital media.
* Proven track record managing production from concept to delivery across TV, digital, social, and branded content.
* Experience managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and tight timelines.
* Strategic thinker experienced in evolving production models and building internal teams.
* Confident in balancing outsourced and in-house production, with good judgment on investments.
* Highly organized, solutions-focused, and operationally excellent.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at senior levels and aligning teams.
* Experience in regulated sectors or with compliance-sensitive content is a plus.
