Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
* Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
* Keep up-to-date with drink trends and menu changes to provide knowledgeable service.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing strong hospitality skills.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
* Basic math skills are necessary for processing payments and managing tabs accurately.

Pay: £12.21-£18.47 per hour
