Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - a specialist main contractor is searching for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team based in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to play a key-role within a successful main contractor specialising in delivering retail and commercial projects for an impressive list of repeat clients.

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:
- Assessing and pricing tenders and producing cost plans
- Working closely with company owners
- Procurement of sub-contractors
- Prepare project budgets
Requirements:
- Proven track record of pricing refurbishment and fit-out projects
- A strong ability to communicate with clients and site teams
- Industry related qualifications
- Good I.T skills
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience pricing and securing projects in the refurbishment and fit-out sector.
