Assistant Store Manager - Plymouth, Plymouth
This role involves helping to run a multi-million-pound store while motivating and developing a diverse and talented team.
Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager with tasks such as sorting deliveries, placing orders, and handling customer queries. You will also focus on people management, performance, organising holiday rotas, and achieving store goals like maximising sales, ensuring excellent customer service, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. You should be prepared to step into the Store Manager's shoes when needed.

Requirements:
* Experienced people manager
* Proven leadership in fast-paced, stakeholder/customer-driven environments
