What you'll do day to day
* Promote finance and insurance products to customers, monitoring penetration rates weekly
* Identify opportunities to increase profitability through upselling finance & insurance products
* Assist in developing sales strategies to boost revenue, customer retention, and business performance
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and sales processes, prioritizing fair treatment of all customers
* Collaborate with Sales Executives to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
* Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and generating referrals
* Maintain organized administration and uphold housekeeping standards for a professional environment
Helpful skills and qualifications

* Solid experience in offering finance and insurance solutions, with understanding of FCA compliance and regulations
* Proven expertise in supervising and managing the end-to-end sales process
* Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
* Adaptable approach to tailoring finance packages for individual needs
* Success in meeting deadlines and targets, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence
