The primary focus of the role is sea freight import and export operations, with the opportunity to gain exposure to air freight and road freight as part of a wider multimodal offering. This position suits an individual with strong sea freight knowledge who is keen to broaden their logistics expertise, work collaboratively with internal teams, and deliver a high level of service to customers, partners, and suppliers. The role also includes a light commercial element, involving outbound customer calls to support and grow multimodal services. Key Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities Manage sea freight import and export files from quotation through to final delivery. Support air freight and road freight bookings (training provided). Communicate effectively with customers, overseas agents, suppliers, and internal teams.
