About Soho Farmhouse
Surrounded by 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside, Soho Farmhouse is a destination for food, drink, wellness, and outdoor activities. Located two hours from London, it features 114 bedrooms, a gym, Cowshed Spa, pools, cinema, and various dining outlets including The Main Barn, Comfy Farm, Fancy Farm, Pen Yen, Blake's Kitchen, and The Little Bell.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Life Guard to join our London team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). The role involves monitoring pool safety, enforcing regulations, administering first aid, and rescuing swimmers in distress.
What we are looking for
* NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
* Team player with good communication skills
* Punctual, reliable, trustworthy
* Sense of urgency and a proactive attitude
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills/Qualifications
* NPLQ qualification preferred but not essential
* Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Physical Requirements
* Ability to grasp, turn, and hold objects
* Work on your feet for at least 8 hours
* Ability to move quickly around the club
* Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing
