We are looking for a creative and experienced Paid Advertising Executive to join Eyekiller’s growing digital marketing team.
About the Role
We're a full service digital agency that has a range of website and digital strategy projects for high profile clients across Northern Ireland, the UK, and North America.
You will work closely with our Senior PPC Specialist and Head of Digital Strategy on an exciting mix of clients, managing paid advertising (primarily Google Ads, plus Bing Ads, Meta, Reddit, TikTok and other channels).
The main focus of the role will be managing Google Ads accounts for our clients, including day-to-day optimisation, contributing to overall campaign strategy, and presenting performance updates during monthly reporting calls and client meetings.
Your wider responsibilities will include supporting activity across other paid channels, analysing campaign performance, producing reports, and contributing to wider digital marketing strategy.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player with around 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or paid advertising role.
You will hold a degree in marketing or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience, and have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns as part of a wider digital marketing role.

Must-Have Skills
* Degree in marketing or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
* 1 to 2 years experience in a paid advertising role.
* Experience managing and optimising a range of Google Ads campaign types including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
* Experience with paid social, particularly Meta.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Experience in delivering marketing reports to clients or internal teams.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms would be beneficial.
* Familiarity with conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, and Google Tag Manager.
* A desire to learn and keep up to date with the latest advancements in digital marketing.

* Keep up to date with the latest changes in paid advertising and digital marketing.
* Report digital performance to clients and clearly explain data and performance.
* Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
* Plan and implement email marketing strategies.
* Craft CMS experience would be a bonus.
