Programme Director – Global Product Transformation
* £150-175k basic + bonus + benefits
* London, Hybrid (2-3 days / week office)
We are seeking an exceptional Programme Director to take full ownership of a multi-year, multi-stream transformation programme that sits at the centre of the business, product, and commercial strategy.
This is a highly visible, business-critical role, working closely with the executive team across the UK, Europe, and the US, leading a complex transformation that includes product rationalisation, platform consolidation, and large-scale organisational change. We need someone who can shape strategy and roll up their sleeves to make things happen.
What you’ll be leading :
* ✨ Global Transformation Ownership : Take full accountability for defining and delivering a company-wide transformation programme, including product integration & rationalisation.
