Salary: £30,000 - 48,000 per year Requirements:
* Ability to commute to our Essex office 3 days per week
* Proven experience building production-ready websites (portfolio essential)
* Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
* Confident working with WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce
* Experience with hosting environments, DNS, migrations, and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
* Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues
* Understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals (beneficial)
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will play a key part in bringing designs to life. You'll be responsible for delivering smooth, functional, and visually impressive digital experiences by working closely with Account Managers, SEO specialists, a brand designer, content creators, and a wider delivery team, supporting a diverse portfolio of client sites as well as internal builds.
