What you’ll be doing
1. Reporting directly to the Application Support Lead, You will work closely with other members of the Application Support team.
2. The role itself will require interaction with colleagues across the group.
3. Investigate and remediate issues arising in supported application
4. Create and maintain documentation to support the understanding and day to day issue resolution for supported applications
5. Work tickets from customers ensuring the request is understood and customers receive the right outcome
6. Be a routine contact point for customers to handle/resolve request and/or queries.
7. Support coworkers on organisational contacts, processes and business relations.
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
- Application support skills
- Requirements definition and management experience
- Programming/software development skills
- Data Management experience
- Customer Service experience
Complemented by:
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with excellent proficiency in written and oral communication
- Effective critical thinking skills, with an emphasis on logical reasoning.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability of working under pressure, taking the initiative, and prioritizing workload
- A flexible approach is required, with the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines when necessary

Working hours
37.5 hours Monday - Friday - hybrid role.
