Job Description
The Mungo Foundation is seeking a Project Worker to join their team at De Paul House in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to adapt their approach to each person they support, ensuring a person-centred and trauma-informed approach.
The role involves working 38 hours per week, with a mix of shifts including 8am-1pm, 8am-4pm, 1pm-10pm, and 4pm-12pm, plus overnight support. A driver's license is not required.
Responsibilities
As a Project Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to the people we care for, helping them to achieve their goals and outcomes. You will work closely with the team to ensure that each person receives a tailored and supportive experience.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, although this is not essential. You will be required to work towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with the SSSC Regulatory requirements, if you are not already qualified.
