We are looking for a confident Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care at Cygnet Hospital Harrow. You will be expected to work 40 hours a week (days and night shifts) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care. Day shifts - 7:30am - 8pm Night shifts - 7:30pm - 8am. Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder - https://www.cygnetgroup.com/locations/cygnet-hospital-harrow/ Your Day-to-Day… • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way • Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required • Support management in the day-to-day running of the service • Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities • Safeguard • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
