Job Title: Delivery Support / Product Operations Assistant Location: London 2-3 days on site per week Salary/Rate: Up to £400 Per Day - Inside IR35 Start Date: 05 January 2026 Job Type: Contract (until 30 June 2026) Company Introduction: An exciting opportunity has become available for a Delivery Support / Product Operations Assistant to join a dynamic product-focused environment. This role will support ongoing product initiatives and wider delivery activities. Job Responsibilities/Objectives: You will provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth coordination across product teams and delivery functions. Coordinate product inputs and updates across workstreams, trackers, and governance processes to maintain alignment with delivery milestones. Schedule and manage meetings, workshops, and follow-ups, including preparing agendas, capturing actions, and ensuring timely closures. Organise logistics for in-person and virtual workshops, including materials, invitations, and content preparation, while supporting facilitation and follow-up tracking. Maintain and organise product documentation, support governance processes, and help circulate communications and updates to stakeholders. Provide flexible ad- hoc support for onboarding, team events, and emerging operational priorities. Required Skills/Experience: Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication abilities and confidence coordinating with varied stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills/Experience: Previous experience in project coordination, PMO, or delivery support roles. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools. Experience working within a technology or product-led environment. A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
