Milk Education is recruiting passionate and dedicated Childcare Teaching Assistants to support primary schools on both a part-time and full-time basis throughout the academic year.
We are also working closely with a number of partner schools to support their long-term and permanent support staff appointments for September, making this an excellent opportunity whether you’re seeking flexible supply work or your next permanent role.
This Level 2 / Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant role is ideal for:

Level 2 / Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant Role:
You will work within primary schools, supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping to create positive learning environments where pupils can thrive.
Responsibilities of Level 2 / Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant may include:
6. Supporting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
7. Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
8. Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
9. Assisting with classroom routines and behaviour management
10. Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence
11. Supporting children’s social, emotional and educational development

What We’re Looking For in a Level 2 / Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant :
21. A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent Teaching Assistant qualification)
22. Experience working with children in a nursery, childcare or primary school setting
23. A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development
24. A reliable, adaptable and proactive approach
25. Availability for at least 1–2 days per week (flexible)
