We have an excellent opportunity for an Architect/ Senior Architectural Technician to become part of a team working on a variety of projects throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. The post will offer the successful applicant an interesting, challenging and varied workload.
Requirements
Requirements:
* An experienced Autodesk AutoCAD user with a Construction/Architectural/CAD third-level qualification
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an architectural environment on construction projects, with a proven track record of producing quality drawing work to tight deadlines.
* Conversant with 2D/3D draughting software using AutoCAD and REVIT
* Can adhere to CAD Standards, Document Control, Codes of Practice, Design Standards and Health and Safety Regulations
* Work with the design team to ensure that designs are delivered in a timely and professional manner to our clients
* Ability to produce accurate and well-presented drawings or documents in accordance with the design brief
* Ability to understand and create Architectural details from general arrangement plans
* Knowledge and experience of all common building materials and details
* Ability to take ownership of their own projects and undertake coordination of works
* Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
