About Derwent Square
Derwent Square is a mental health supported housing project for 5 residents, operating on a recovery model. We aim to provide stability and a learning environment that promotes independence. We offer support for mental health, including living skills, medication management, and peer support, tailored to individual needs. Our goal is to empower residents with skills to thrive independently.
Your Responsibilities
* Help and inspire service users to maintain tenancy and independence.
* Develop personal support plans to help clients achieve their goals.
* Support skill development in domestic management, finance, accessing work, leisure, or education.
Candidate Requirements
* No relevant experience required; full training provided.
* Understanding of mental health issues or lived experience is welcomed.
* Caring, compassionate, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping others.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Willingness to participate in weekly rota and on-call duties.
