We're helping a brilliant Hampshire law firm find a Legal Assistant someone whos organised, reliable, and knows that sometimes, saving the day looks a lot like getting the post franked by 5pm.
Your (very important) missions include:
* Typing like the wind (and double-checking for typos, of course)
* Being the friendly voice that clients actually enjoy speaking to
* Herding appointments, paperwork, and Fee Earners into perfect order
* Dodging compliance disasters with your keen eye for detail
* Filing, photocopying, posting... and generally being the glue that holds the legal world together.
You'll smash this if you:
* Have worked in a legal or busy office before (and survived)
* Know your way around a Case Management System (or at least can fake it til you make it)
* Like people, paperwork, and peace (in that order)
* Can juggle tasks better than a circus act
* Think "compliance" sounds more like "common sense"
