The role: As a Sales Development Manager at you will play a key role in driving sales development strategy, with a particular focus on growing the pipeline for our Rest of World Sales Development Team. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated individual with 6–8 years of professional experience, looking to further develop their sales leadership career. We are seeking a collaborative software professional, dynamic team leader and SDM/SDR enthusiast, with high-quality opportunity generation that can be nurtured and closed by the broader commercial team. If you are a proven sales performer and experienced people manager, with a strong grasp on identifying and growing top performers, and a track record of successfully scaling teams in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), whose responsibilities include outbound calling, prospecting, and qualifying new opportunities in a remote-first environment. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SDR team, including real-time coaching and mentoring; tracking of inbound outreach (call, statistics, opportunity conversion rates); and pipeline generation. Own SDR performance metrics and KPIs; conduct regular performance reviews and establish ongoing operational and professional growth plans. Constantly coach to skill gaps and inspire the team to initiate self-improvement and personal productivity. Collaborate with global operations and partner SDR manager to ensure optimal use of tools and technologies supporting SDR Outreach (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Drift) that increase efficiency and pipeline output. Foster a competitive, high-performing, and rewarding team culture built on achievement and accountability. Work cross-functionally with regional sales, partner, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on pipeline generation strategies and revenue targets. Required experience / Skill sets Demonstrated success in managing an SDR team of 8 or more, consistently driving quality opportunities and revenue growth. Proven experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent within a sales organization. A strong record of meeting and exceeding targets, with experience tracking and reporting on performance metrics. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), combined with strong organizational abilities. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-evolving environment. Self-starter with a proactive and flexible approach; calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset. Strong collaboration with the ability to work effectively across departments and external partners Brings a “get-it-done” determination, passion, and perseverance to lead by example and inspire others.
