Your key responsibilities include being visible and anticipating customer needs to meet their expectations.
As a Revenue Control Officer, you will be a crucial team member involved in station and on-train environments, focusing on the customer's journey. Your role includes providing high levels of information, ensuring safety and security, and protecting revenue for Govia Thameslink Railway. You will greet customers politely and professionally at all times.
Your duties encompass revenue protection, customer service, security, and information provision. The environment can be high-pressure, requiring you to promote customer goodwill through courtesy and proactive assistance.

Due to shift timings, candidates must reside locally and have access to independent transport to arrive at the station for early shifts, as train services may not always be available.
