Senior Ladieswear Buyer Overview
We are working with a highly successful and fast-growing retailer who are looking for a Senior Ladieswear Buyer to join their dynamic team.
The Senior Ladieswear Buyer will spearhead the development of on-trend, commercial ranges.
Senior Ladieswear Buyer Responsibilities;
1. Developing and implementing new strategies aimed at overall improving ranges
2. Regularly review products and range plans, and ensure there is cohesion across departments
3. Working closely with factories overseas and negotiating cost prices
4. Working with the merchandising team to manage budgets and monitor sales
5. Plan and build commercial ranges
6. Attend sign off meetings, trade meetings, and present ranges
7. Carry out extensive trend research, and attending comp and inspiration shopping trips
Additional Information
The Senior Ladieswear Buyer will have previous experience in a similar role, with proven track record of developing and trading commercial fashion ranges and a passion for trends.
