 
        
        A digital services consultancy is looking for experienced User Researchers to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team focused on creating impactful, user-centred services within the public sector.
You’ll be involved across multiple research engagements for bespoke software solutions and transformations within government/public sector.
Senior Consultant - Minimum of 5 years in consulting or public sector (ideally mentoring juniors and leading client engagements)
Lead Consultant - Minimum of 8 years in consulting or public sector (direct line management of a UR team, contributing to growth and taking a lead on client projects)
Key Responsibilities of the User Researcher:
 * Lead end-client engagement projects
 * Identify research needs and select appropriate research methods
 * Develop, document, and present research plans with study goals and methodologies
 * Engage with users through interviews, workshops, and ethnographic research to gather insights
 * Analyze research data to generate insights and recommendations
 * Synthesize findings using tools like user stories, journey maps, and storyboards
