Business Development Representative (Entry-Level)

Location: Central Manchester | Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: £27,000 base + £7,000–£10,000 commission (OTE)

Start Date: Mid-November

We’re hiring on behalf of a growing business consulting firm based in Manchester — and they’re on the lookout for confident, ambitious people ready to kick off their career in business development.


No experience? No problem. Whether you're a recent grad, didn’t go to uni, or just want to pivot into something new — this is a genuinely solid opportunity to get into a fast-moving industry with loads of long-term potential.


What’s a BDR anyway?

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job? Start quality conversations, spark interest, and book in meetings for the senior consulting team to take forward.


You’ll learn how to:

* Research and target businesses
* Start conversations that lead to real opportunities
* Use tools like LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
* Understand what makes a business tick — and where we can help


It’s a great stepping stone into sales, strategy, or consulting — and you'll build skills that stay with you for life.
