We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Advisor to join KCOM. In this role, you'll be the voice of our business – bringing new customers on board while also supporting our existing customers with their renewals.

You'll play a key part in helping customers choose the right products, converting prospects into loyal customers, and driving value across our customer base.
Salary – £24570 per annum plus £5000 OTC, uncapped
Location – Hull, Carr Lane, 2 days minimum office based

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound contact from both new and existing customers.
* Make outbound calls to support sales, retention, and base management campaigns.
* Manage and convert your own sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up of all leads.
* Achieve and exceed set sales targets to maximise contribution to overall business success.
* Complete order administration, along with retention and re-contracting activity.
Requirements:
* A strong customer-facing background with a proven track record of delivering against sales targets.
* Comfortable working in a sales target-driven environment – motivated, resilient, and hungry to exceed goals.
* A team player who cares about delivering the best experience for customers.
* Confident speaking to customers directly – both inbound and outbound.
* PC literate with good keyboard skills.
Working Hours
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a flexi rotation. Shifts are 8 hours in length, scheduled within our opening hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8am – 8pm
* 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8am – 5pm
* 1 in 10 Sundays: 10am – 4pm
