Your responsibilities
* Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver flawless service
* Overseeing all aspects of lunch and dinner service, ensuring consistency and excellence
* Being the key link between the kitchen and front of house, maintaining smooth operations
* Driving guest satisfaction and continuous improvement through your leadership
* Setting the standard on the floor: hands-on, professional and always service focused
We’re looking for someone with…
* Experience in fine dining, ideally within a one Michelin star environment or higher
* Proven leadership skills and strong operational knowledge
* A passion for exceptional service and an eye for detail
* The drive to inspire and develop a high-performing team
